Jasmine has had a stellar year in the Triathlon ranks and in March was selected in the Australian Age Group Triathlon Team to contest the world Championships in Hamberg on 17 July 2023.
Preparation for the event has required complete dedication, Training 6 days a week with mornings starting at 4.20am before school, and after school. A typical structured and coached training week consists of 10k swimming (combination pool and ocean), 130K bike riding, 25K running.
Mon- Swim 5 km
Tue – Ride 30km, Run 7km
Wed-Swim 5km
Thurs- Ride 40km , Run 3km
Sat – Ride – 60km, Run 5k
Sun- Run 10km



Jasmine was a little disappointed with her end result, regarding time and placing, but a great experience to compete at an international event.
Jasmine also thanks to all those who have supported her with funding, coaching and encouragement on her journey, and is very thankful and appreciative of everyone that has assisted.
Looking forward Jasmine’s goals include:
- Qualify for 2023 Australian Triathlon Team 2023
- Compete at World Championships 2023
- Qualify for 2024 Australian Schools Triathlon Team.
- Compete at Australian titles 2024 Schools Triathlon.
- Qualify for 2024 Australian Triathlon team
- Compete in 2024 World Championship – Townsville Australia – Aquathlon and Duathlon discipline
- Join the ” You for 32″ AIS program for 2032 Brisbane Olympics



Jasmine’s ability to shine on the world stage is no mean feat for a Regional Athlete and the Gladstone and District Sports Foundation Trust, can’t wait to see her achieve her future goals and hope to cheer her at the Brisbane 2032 Olympics.
