In December Jace competed at the National Championships for Queensland in Perth. Jace contested the Hurdles and High Jump finishing 10th and 8th respectively. Jace enjoyed competing against Athletes from around Australia, a big change from where he started at school athletic carnivals and then honing his still with Gladstone Athletics.
Whilst Jace likes to stay active participating in a variety of sports include Basketball, Netball, AFL, Football he continues to work with his mentor Shane Gibson to achieve his next sporting goal is to compete at the next Australian All Schools Championships in 2024 for Queensland.
