Roxie recently travelled to Mounties in Mount Pritchard NSW to compete in the Worlds Junior Snooker and Asia/Pacific Women’s Championships. Roxie achieved with the following results at the event:
- 3rd in U/21s women’s
- Obtained a world ranking of 10th
- Opens – Quarter final of knockout competitors
From competing in the 2022 QLD Snooker Titles and now the World Titles, Roxie has enjoyed meeting many players from around the world and learning so much more about snooker.
Roxie’s is thankful to Lilly Meldrum who she has seen as a mentor and now has the opportunity to practice with to further her skills.
Roxie is looking forward to attending the u21 Australian championships in April 2023 in Melbourne and l want to get to the finals. Her future ambition is to challenge fellow Australian Jessica Woods who is currently ranked number 1.
